Bail 4 Paws
Annual FUNdraiser.
Will this year’s desperados be able to bail themselves out?
If you’re interested in donating bail money for one of our “Jail Bids”, scroll down and click on their button. This will take you to donorbox.org where you can pay by credit card. If you’d rather pay by check or cash, we suggest reaching out to the participant, or you’re welcome to mail checks to the shelter. Be sure to include which “jail bird” the funds are for in the memo..
This fundraiser is our biggest and most helpful of the year!
Each year, the desperados try and raise $1,000 for their “bail money” by asking friends, family, fellow employees or even their employer. The jailbirds are then picked up by our “Sheriff” Volunteers on the day of the event. They are then taken to the Moose where they must stand before the judge. If the desperado does not have the full amount they are put in jail and are given time to make phone calls.
This is truly a fun event! You get to come up with a creative, animal-inspired “criminal” name! This is an opportunity to raise a large amount of money for the shelter and is so very needed!
